Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is the daughter of an ethnically diverse family in South London in England. The mother of her child is English while her father is Nigerian. Her family was lived in a housing estate run by the council in the south of London. When she was 14she enrolled in The Brit School. She was a student of acting in The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. The stage she appeared in was numerous productions during her time at school such as the King Henry V, as Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started her acting career in the movie Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Then, she was the lead in Elisha in the BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In the same time, she starred as Ollie in the six episodes in the series Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. She was Bambi on The ITV2 series Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the comedic How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). She also appeared as a character in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path written composed by David Watson.
Madekwe's US debut came in 2009, with The dramatic The Beautiful Life. The show aired just two episodes prior to being removed from The CW. The actress was selected in February 2011, as Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama Revenge. In May of 2013, it was revealed that Madekwe who had played a regular role in the two previous seasons, was to leave the series following a guest appearance in the first episode of the season's new episode. From 2014 until 2016she appeared in Salem in the role of Tituba. Madekwe, her long-time companion, Iddo, married Madekwe in June of 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he is also a part of the cast on the TV show Salem.

Ashley Leggat was born in Hamilton, Ontario, into an extended family of. Her parents, Roy and Patty along with the four brothers of her, Brett, Todd, and Bram and Bram, were present. The brothers of Ashley were extremely athletic, and they played baseball as well as hockey in the winter and summer months. They grew up playing the arenas and baseball. Ashley could never walk but she was able to dance. At the age of two, she started Baby Ballet and fell in the love. Ashley became a dancer since that time. Ashley was a top competitor in divisions in jazz, tap hip hop, ballet Acrobatics, Lyrical Musical Theatre and pointe, until she finished in high school. Ashley was awarded the top soloist prize at each major dance contest, which included International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance among some.
